A proposal for DoctoriumGP — February 2026
Hi Gemma — I've been thinking about how to solve the Wednesday to Friday problem. The days you're at the NHS practice and our devices are just sitting there doing nothing. I think I've cracked it.
On the days we're not using the EMSella, Emsculpt Neo, and Exion, we hire them out to other clinics and salons. Day-rate, block-booking, or monthly retainer — whatever suits them. I do the delivery and collection.
These devices cost a fortune to sit idle, so even a couple of hire days a week turns dead time into revenue.
→I take the EMSella chair, SkinScope AI skin scanner, Tanita Pro scales, and SkinCeuticals products to partner venues — farm shops, racecourses, corporate offices, salons, gyms — and run DoctoriumGP pop-up clinics.
Free skin scans and body composition scans to get people through the door, then upsell products, treatments, and capture them as DoctoriumGP patients.
On days when you ARE available but the Derby clinic isn't fully booked, you could visit partner sites to deliver menopause consultations, GLP-1 weight loss, private GP appointments.
Easily £1,000+ per day at those rates. This is totally optional and only when it suits you — it's an extra revenue stream, not an obligation.
This completely removes the need to employ staff for the days you're not in. No recruitment, no salaries, no HR, no sick cover, no holiday cover. The devices either get hired out and earn their keep, or I take them out and run the pop-ups myself. Either way, they're generating revenue instead of gathering dust.
I've already got a few venues in mind:
Denstone Farm Shop — I know the managing director. Perfect demographic: affluent 40–65 crowd, premium mindset.
Uttoxeter Racecourse — I've got a contact in marketing. Race day pop-ups with the right audience.
Local businesses — Corporate wellness talks and on-site scans for employees.
I've also been building out a separate revenue stream — personal trainers pay us for body composition scans and health dashboards for their clients.
→I think this could be a proper game-changer for us.
Happy to talk it through properly when you're next in.
What do you think?
